In order to welcome the arrival of new students in 2016, the "Global Travel" party, jointly organized by the Center of Earth System Science and the School of Environment, was held on September 11th at the School of Environment Auditorium.

All the shows of the party had been carefully arranged by the students, whichare of many various:an innovative group of dance as the opening of the party, talented students playing guitar and singing,hot Indian danceand funny comedies, etc. The shows brought great surprises, showing the versatile side of our students.

The final play T stage showbrought the atmosphere to a climax;the clothing carefully prepared by the students leading the audience to revisit the role of the classic film and television drama.

The party provided a good opportunity to promote the relationship of new students, active class atmosphere and enhance class cohesion. The success of the party is not only a good start to the new semester, but also good to the future cooperation of DESS and the School of Environment. After this party, our versatile, comprehensive developed students will be more energetic and enthusiastic on study and research jobs.
