The running space and payment for professors can not meet the requirements of recruiting global experts. In order to promote the development of Earth Science at Tsinghua University, the department plans to establish Earth Science Talents Fund and build Earth Science Building：

Earth Science Building plans to built in the northwest of the campus with an area of21728square meters, the budget cost of 200 million yuan, of which intended to raise 100 million yuan to the community, while the school supporting 100 million yuan
