27，November, under the instruction and help of department of graduate work in Tsinghua, practical department of Youth League and graduate working group in CESS, Youth League for graduates of CESS held an employment practice-visiting the Environment Forecasting Center of National Oceanic Marine. There are nearly 40 graduates from environment science, laws, earth system science, life science and water conservation participated in this visiting.

In the seminar, director Guo of Forecasting Division of National Oceanic Marine first introduced the branches and institutions of National Oceanic Marine all over the country, which made the attenders know more about the basic situation and business scope of National Oceanic Marine. Then the graduates pay a visit to Information Processing Sector, High Performance Computing Sector and Marine Environment Monitoring Sector with the comment of related staff. At last all the graduates had a discussion with the experts and workers in National Oceanic Marine about occupation, academy and business. Some also submitted curriculum vitae to Environment Forecasting Centre.

With the national marine strategy of building a Marine Power, the marine stuff have a good chance. And it will also supply more opportunities to the related majors. So there will be more employment practices about marine stuff for graduates in Tsinghua to choose.
