On 23 , June , 2014 ecological civilization construction and sustainable development selected class for department cadres from central state organs is opening in conference room 327 in Tsinghua main building . Liman Deng , director of the education and training department and Peng Gong , director of CESS attended the opening ceremony and gave welcome speech . The opening ceremony was held by Haiping Wu , deputy secretary of CESS’s party branch .

This training is consisted of ten aspects : philosophy of ecological civilization , cause and treatment of China fog and haze , global climate change and ecological civilization construction , energy and environment issues in China , biological carbon sequestration and national ecological security , global climate change and human health , treatment technology and develop direction of municipal solid waste recycling , Chinese water conservancy and water use , water recycle on earth and the function of ocean , global climate change and sustainable development for human etc.

The thematic classes are held by CESS , Tsinghua University and last for about one week . There are 29 departmental cadres from Central Discipline Inspection Commission of the NPC , the Supreme to participate to be trained by the experts and scholarship from CESS , Environment School of Tsinghua University and other related fields outside Tsinghua .
