June 3 p.m. thesis respondent meeting of four master attending CESS in 2011, was holding in conference room 808 , ,South Building of Mong Man Wai Technology Building .

Two of them were chosen randomly to participate the thesis webcast organized by Online Education Office of Graduate School of Tsinghua University and Educational Technology Center of Tsinghua University . The thesis webcast is not only the first time that CESS to take part in , but also the first time that master’s degree thesis was lived in Tsinghua University . Many teachers and students were attracted to this thesis defense to have a view and discuss with them .

From this semester on , Graduate School in Tsinghua University joint Online Education Office , Tsinghua TV and Information Technology Center to select the representative dissertations from each department in Tsinghua University to live on the internet , every teacher and student can watch through the website : tv.tsinghua.edu.cn . CESS encourages its graduated master and doctor to take an active part in this new thesis defense .

On one hand , it can built a platform to exchange academic ideas and improve the quality of graduate education ; on the other hand , it can supply a precious chance to train themselves .
