Professor Lin’s research group had purchased an domestic advanced equipment- stable isotope mass spectrometer-MAT253 . This equipment will help them in some projects that involved in measurement of stable isotope ratio .

These projects are global change basic research program "The key processes of carbon cycle and their coupling with the climate system research" for Ministry of Science and Technology , National Natural Science Foundation research project focused on "Maintaining mechanism of mangrove wetland ecosystem service function under the impact of exotic plants " etc.

Acquisition and operation of this equipment can not only promote smoothly the implementation of Lin’s projects , but also is useful for other professors to do high-level research , meanwhile contribute to the graduates’ understanding and training of stable isotope techniques in CESS .
