讲座简介：Recently, the air quality in Chinastroke great attention in society. This seminar will mainly focus on how to do precise monitoring and accurate prediction of haze, as well as how to fully utilize the satellite remote sensing.

主讲人简介：Zhang Xingying, Male, born in April, 1978, is a Doctorand researcher. And he is also one of the researcher who firstly developed research onatmosphericaerosols particulates. He is devoted to the front research about satellite remote sensing and leading the development of satellite atmospheric remote sensing technology and national operational application. Now, he is the vice director of remote sensing application center of China Meteorology Bureau, chief designer of Fengyun NO.3 satellite data application demonstrative system , specialist of global carbon observation system working group in Global Earth Observation (GEO). And he is also the expert in the working group of National Low Carbon Measurement Technology Committee-Greenhouse gas Measurement, and in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding regions atmosphere pollution prevention committee. In the meantime, he also is the committee member of numerous professional committee in meteorological and environmental field. He hosted and joined over 40 national and international scientific research profect, and published over 130 papers, including over 40 SCI. In 2014, he was awarded the “National youth post expert” and was selected as third group of “technological leading talents” in China Meteorological Bureau.
