At the beginning of the conference, Jiang Peilan gave a detailed explanation on the graduate's requirements of Tsinghua University and conducted in-depth exchanges with the students. Jiang Peilan hope that graduates should be prepared as soon as possible in order to meet the relevant requirements of school graduation.

Then, Pu Yanfei, head of employment, preached on the current employment policy. She first introduced the employment situation and then reminded her students to choose the "first step" for employment and stabilize "the first step." She suggested that students should consider early career to be engaged. At the same time, she also made in-depth analysis of the employment policy in 2018 to help students combine their own professionalism and expertise to find the most conducive to the work of national construction and personal development.

Finally, Chen Xin, a 2017 graduate of the Department of Earth System Science, shared his experience with his dissertation notes and interview techniques. Students gain professional knowledge, but also gained genuine employment experience.
