On January 17, Tsinghua University, 2017 ~ 2018 academic year fall semester teaching work summary meeting was held, Jiang Peilan won the 2017 "Tsinghua University Teaching Management Excellence Award."

Since joining Department of Earth System Science in September 2012, Jiang Pei-Lan has strictly followed the rules and regulations of schools and graduate schools and has meticulously and patiently treated teachers and students and completed the management and service of teaching affairs at a high level. She conscientiously implemented the enrollment system in graduate student enrollment work to ensure the openness and fairness of enrollment work. She arranges admissions education for freshmen and actively advises new students on academic arrangements and other aspects to ensure freshmen can quickly adapt to Tsinghua University's education and teaching arrangements. At the same time, she takes the formulation and implementation of the work plan for postgraduate training as the focus of work, provides help for graduate students in various training sessions, and assists teachers in the training management. In order to improve the training quality of doctoral students and standardize the final academic report system, she helped to lead the formulation of the Implementing Rules for the Final Report of PhD Candidates in 2016. And successfully held its first final academic report in 2017. In order to ensure graduates can successfully complete the school graduation process of the various processes, she detailed graduation process arrangements to date, and promptly notify the individual students to avoid omissions. Jiang Peilan will work fine, deep, true attitude and dedication has been unanimously endorsed by teachers and students and higher authorities.
