In order to promote the Chinese Academy of Sciences Arctic "cryosphere changes and sustainable development" overseas research center construction foundation, to further clarify the future of the main direction and content of cooperation. The State Key Laboratory of Cryosphere Sciences conducted field trips and research on the Arctic region of Alaska from 18 to 27 June. Chinese Academy of Sciences Northwest Institute of Ecological Environment Resources (chips) Qin Dahe academician, Ding Yongjian researcher, Kang Shichang researcher and Tsinghua University Department of Earth System Science Professor Luo Yong and his party 10 people participated in the joint study.
accomplished by Professor Larry Hinzman, Vice President of UAF, Director of the International Arctic Research Center, Hajo Eicken and Professor Zhang Xiangdong, The Chinese delegation visited the UAF Northwest campus in Nome and the UAF Chukosi campus in Kotzebue, respectively.
