On October 19^th, CESS held 2017 graduate student employment mobilization meeting in room 828 of Mengminwei Science Building. Deputy secretary of Party General Branch in CESS, Wu Haiping, Careers Development and Guidance office, Ma Jingmei and over 30 graduate student planning to graduate and find jobs this school year attended this meeting. Employment assistant of CESS Pu Yanfei hosted the meeting.

Wu Haiping firstly delivered a report to all graduate students, reviewing the achievement of CESS employmentworks, and he used some real examples of past graduate students to talk about how to choose a job and make a decision. Also he analyzed the employment policy this year and made some suggestions to students. Next, Careers Development and Guidance office, teacher Ma Jingmei gave a seminar about employment, explaining in detail about new employment policy, position and processes and other important messages. During the communication session, graduate presenter Feng Tong and Zhao Xuyi shared their own experiences about finding jobs, including the preparation of CVs, interview skills, choice of intended companies. Students learned a lot in this meeting.

This mobilization meeting was a start of 2017 CESS graduation season, which can help graduate students to attach importance to employment work. CESS will arrange series of activities to promote the employment work of graduate students.
