The Asian monsoon system mainly consists of the East Asian monsoon and the South Asian monsoon, and understanding its features is critical to ensuring the prosperity and livelihood of billions of people in Asia. Monsoon features, such as the start time of monsoon, precipitation characteristics and its changes under future climate, are of great significance for agricultural activities, water resources management and flood control. This report mainly addresses the research results on the sub-seasonal features of Asian monsoon based on machine learning method, and the changes in the sub-seasonal features of East Asian monsoon under future climate.
