12 , September in the morning , CESS held the first plenary meeting of teachers in 2014 autumn semester in Rom Building . All the teachers and supplementary staff attended this conference .

Professor Luo , deputy director of CESS introduced the related matters about Tsinghua Summer Cadres Conference to other attenders . Chaoqing Yu , present of CESS Union organized the election of representatives of School Teachers' Congress and Trade Union Congress . Professor Gong , director of CESS informed the progress of personnel system reform . Haiping Wu , director of Office in CESS notified the arrangement of education for freshmen , school campus traffic management measures , seat distribution and other related matters .

At last , Professor Gong summarized this conference . He hoped that the teachers of CESS can be able to know more about the teaching policy of Tsinghua University and participate to the institution improvement of CESS . Also he attached importance to these words that building a good teacher-student relationship is not only knowledge transferring and skills teaching , but also leading students to the heaven of science and being a mentor .
