清华大学地球系统科学系主要任务是围绕全球变化研究恢复发展清华大学地学学科。地学系致力于在与大气、陆地和海洋动态过程相关的物理、化学、生物学和社会经济领域探索新知，为维护地球生态环境的安全与可持续性做出贡献。为实现上述目标，地学系现在全球范围内招募以下研究方向高层次人才：

招聘要求：

教授年龄50周岁以下，副教授年龄40周岁以下，助理教授年龄35周岁以下。获得国际著名高校博士学位，并在相关高校或科研院所从事大气科学、生态学、地理科学、海洋科学或其他相关领域的教学科研工作，应聘者应达到地球系统科学领域国际前20名大学教师研究水平。

工作任务：

应聘者应在清华大学从事地球科学教学科研工作，参与建设研发地球系统模式或其它项目，具备丰富的教学经验或优秀教学潜力，培养和指导研究生；争取并承担国家级科研项目。

薪资待遇：

应聘者成功录用后为清华大学事业编制教师，学校将根据岗位提供相应级别的年薪，并将提供周转公寓，子女可入读清华大学洁华幼儿园、清华大学附属小学和附属中学（初中）。
